Convertible booking option

This option is perfect if you want to book accommodation but are still unsure of your exact travel dates. It allows you to secure your preferred self-catering unit at a fixed booking value – but with a flexible timeline – by paying a small premium calculated as 10% of the total booking value (number of nights x unit rate).

How does this option work?

Choose your preferred unit and a fixed period coupon for 30, 60 or 90 days during which your travel dates will fall. Then select a future expiry date not exceeding 360 days (12 months). You must either convert your option into a secure booking or cancel your option before the first day of the fixed period coupon is reached (calculated back from your chosen expiry date and referred to as the "option expiration date"). Availability of the unit must be verified prior to confirming your booking.
